1. If I become a member, will you give me the contact details of the desired  profiles?

Contact details of desired profiles that match with your partner preference will be definitely shared with you.

2. How many profiles will I receive? / How many profiles will you provide during my membership tenure?

The number of contacts depends on selection of membership. If you broaden your membership criteria you will get higher number of contacts.

3. How many times in a week will my executive call me?

Your executive will call you once in a week to update you on the new preference profiles. You can also get in touch with your executive on mail if you have any query.

4. Why are the rates for Premium membership differs?

Premium membership charges are higher than normal membership charges because here you get a dedicated Executive who helps you in your partner search, contacts the prospects and initiates the communication on your behalf. Whereas, in other services members are required to create profiles, search and express interest and communicate on their own.

5. What does a Executive do?

Your Executive will guide and advise you throughout your membership for the perfect life partner.

  • Profile creation: Executive will help you to create your ideal profile based on your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, interests, aspirations and your partner expectations.
  • Search: Executive will search for the most compatible partner for you from the thousands of suitable profiles present in our database your
  • Screen: Executive will screen the profiles that best suit your requirements.
  • Approval and Contact: Executive will initiate contact on your behalf once you give written approval.
  • Arranging Meetings: Executive will help you to arrange meetings between you and the approved matches.
6. Does premium membership has an edge over the other memberships, if yes, why?

Yes, this is more personalised touch. In other memberships you are searching for your partner on your own. Here in premium, you will get a Executive to do all the activities for you as well you can search on your own too. The Executive will not only search within your criteria but also will suggest changes to your profile that would increase expression of interest or accepts. Executive will also suggest you how to publish your profile in other means of advertisements.

7. Can I renew my Premium membership or if not satisfied can I opt for normal membership?

Yes. Once the Premium membership is expired you can opt for any other membership plan as required.

8. Will my Executive handle only my profile or others profile too?

Executive will handles a couple of profiles at a given time, just like a doctor who handle multiple cases at a time.

9. If I am not happy with the services provide by my Executive, can I change him/her?

Yes, if by any chance, you are not happy with the services of your Executive we will assign another Executive will be assign for you.

10. If I don't get partners in this duration, will I get my money back?

Once you register with SOUBHAGYA VADHU VAR SUCHAK KENDRA you will have to follow the terms and policies of SOUBHAGYA VADHU VAR SUCHAK KENDRA. Please visit the Refund policy for more details.

11. Will my Executive contact members from other sites or contact members featured in the various newspapers etc.?

No.

12. Will my profile be given a special preference if I take this premium membership just like can be publish in a home page or any newspaper ads can be given?

No. We would like to reiterate that that the primary benefits of this membership is to expertise provided by the Executive and not to publish your profiles in other means of media.

13. How many days in a week will Executive be available to me?

Executive will be available from 10am -6 pm 6days a week. In the absence of your assigned Executive, if required, you can contact another Executive as per the details given by Executive.

14. How will other members know that I am a Premium member?

We will update other members once the expression of interest is accepted.

15. What are the modes of payment by which I can pay for membership?

We accept all major Credit cards, Net Banking, cheques & demand drafts. You can also drop payment at convenient locations or ask for free pickup if we have executives / branch nearby your location.

16. How many family members can communicate with a Executive?

The Executive would deal with only one member of the family. You have an option of changing the nominated family member once during the duration of package.

17. Will my Executive update me regularly?

Your Executive will update you thrice ‎Fortnightly. You can also get in touch with your Executive on mail if you have any query and you will get a call back.

18. Do you offer any discounts on renewal like in other memberships?

Yes. 20% Discount on renewals.

19. Will any meetings be arranged for us?

Yes, the Executive will help in communicating the venue and time of the meeting to the interested parties. However, we would not be responsible for any other arrangement or co-ordination.

However, finding the perfect match depends upon your preferences and acceptance. We can advise you but cannot guarantee that you would find your match through this service.
