Membership is not automatic: The right of admission / activations are lying with SOUBHAGYA VADHUVAR SUCHAK KENDRA. You become a member upon due acceptance of the Profile / Payment received by SOUBHAGYA VADHUVAR SUCHAK KENDRA. Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for members satisfying the age criteria, Indian citizens, NRI (Non Resident Indians), Persons with Indian Origins.

You continue to be a member of SOUBHAGYA VADHUVAR SUCHAK KENDRA's family till:
SOUBHAGYA VADHUVAR SUCHAK KENDRA discharges its obligations to you by the rendering its services; or The termination of the membership by either SOUBHAGYA VADHUVAR SUCHAK KENDRA or you.

Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or authorized so as to be used by any other person/entity.

SOUBHAGYA VADHUVAR SUCHAK KENDRA reserves all rights to edit/delete your photo/horoscope if it's not a valid/clear/related one. If we find duplicate profiles then we have rights to suspend any of the profile or all the profiles.

SOUBHAGYA VADHUVAR SUCHAK KENDRA reserves the right to modify your profile if any unreasonable or objectionable content is found, or in the case of any of the contact details being entered in irrelevant fields.

In no case will the Membership fees be refundable.

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Dombivli, (Dist - Thane, State - Maharashtra) India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act [Indian Act].
